Kobato. is a 24 episode anime adaption of the manga of the same name by CLAMP. The series premiered in the autumn of 2009, animated by Madhouse and supervised by CLAMP's Nanase Ohkawa.[1][2] XxxHolic writer Michiko Yokote is also supervising the scripts along with Ohkawa.[3] The anime began its broadcast on October 6, 2009.[4]
Hiromi Katō, the character designer of Kobato. said that "Kobato. itself is kind of different from past CLAMP works, especially the way the eyes are drawn, we are trying to make it as close as we can to the original. The costumes will change in each episode."
The opening theme Magic Number is performed by Maaya Sakamoto and the ending theme Jellyfish no Kokuhaku by Megumi Nakajima.[5] A second ending theme, starting from episode 20 is Watashi ni Dekiru Koto performed by Megumi Nakajima.
Synopsis
Determined to spend the rest of his life with Han Da-jung to pay her for saving his life, Bok-ku one day falls in love with Cha Eun-suk, a top actress and the ex-girlfriend of his older brother. Bok-ku becomes her bodyguard to avenge his brother, who falls off a building while watching Eun-suk announce her engagement with another guy on TV and ends up in a vegetative state. But, ironically, Bok-ku ends up falling in love with Eun-suk against his wish.
Eun-suk is engaged -- against her will -- with Kim Jun-sung, the scion of a family-owned conglomerate that she advertises. Jun-sung aspires to become a politician someday, but he is also the future successor of the Hankuk Group, a company with an impeccable reputation. Eun-suk and Jun-sung are forced to get engaged after they are caught being together one day.
Synopsis
Growing up the best of friends, Sang-Doo (Bi) and Eun-Hwan (Gong Hyo-Jin) make lots of lasting memories during their high school years. When Eun-Hwan's family goes into bankruptcy, debtors rush into their house to take away all of her family's belongings. When somebody takes the phonograph she really loves (it belonged to her late father), Sang-Doo goes after the guy. In a physical fight, the man falls off the bridge and dies. Eun-Hwan, not knowing this, runs away from the town with her family. Sang-Doo goes to jail, returning only to find out that his rich adoptive family and Eun-Hwan have left him. Years later, with coaching from his real uncle, he becomes a gigolo in order to raise money to pay off the hospital bills of his sick daughter Bori (Sang-Doo had a drunken one-night stand with Bori's mom Sera years ago). Eventually, he meets his long-lost first love again. Eun-Hwan is now a high school math teacher and is practically engaged to rich, handsome, smart, nice Min-Suk (Lee Dong-Gun), Bori's doctor. In an effort to regain her affections, he first works as a security guard at the high school, and then gets placed in Eun-Hwan's class to finish his last year of high school. In numerous funny yet heartwarming moments, Sang-Doo vows never to pimp himself again. Yet (1) there is still Bori to think of; (2) Min-Suk does not want to let go of his girlfriend to a guy he deems unworthy of her; (3) the revelation of family secrets further complicates things; and (4) Sang-Doo's past misdeeds catch up with him. First love is something beautiful yet painful to these two lovers, who have reunited after ten years to find out that everything is not the same anymore. After coming back from a trip to China that her friends paid for, Han Ji Eun finds out that they did so only to sell her house while she was away. She returns and finds that the new owner of the house is none other than famous actor Lee Young Jae, whom she happened to meet on her trip. Circumstances bring Young Jae and Ji Eun into a marriage by contract, making them appear as a couple to the public. Under the terms of the contract, they will be married for 6 months while Ji Eun does all the housework. After 6 months, she will get the house back. Ji Eun finds herself falling for Young Jae, but he loves his childhood friend, Hae Won. Young Jae's friend, Min Hyuk, also shows an interest in Ji Eun. Many interesting and amusing things happen to this "couple" throughout their married life that bring them closer together, but will they really become a couple?

Similar to franchises like Devil May Cry, Rygar, and Castlevania, the game draws its inspiration from ancient Greek mythology and boasts a heavy emphasis on exploration and battle strategy. Broken into three to four acts, the game also has a strong focus on story-telling and boast tons of magic spells and abilities. Described as "Clash of the Titans meets Heavy Metal", God of War equips its hero with a pair of sword-like chain weapons that can grab enemies, perform multi-hit combos, and pull off a variety of different aerial attacks. Slight platforming elements and an energy collection system similar to that of Onimusha have been incorporated as well, and players are even able to use certain elements of their fallen enemies as a weapon (re: Medusa's head, for instance, can be used to turn enemies to stone after you've defeated her).
